Frequently asked questions

How is a project priced?

After a conversation about your needs, you receive a written scope and individual quote. Any ongoing care and outside provider costs are identified separately before work begins.

Can we start with a small job?

Yes. A focused website, a specific repair, or a defined email investigation can be an engagement of its own.

Can you help with email without building a website?

Yes. Email setup, migrations, delivery investigations, authentication and domain work are available independently.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. We review its current platform and condition, then agree to the changes, repairs or rebuilding that will help.

Who owns the website and domain?

Your domain, business accounts and content remain yours. Ownership of deliverables, account access and a practical handoff are documented in the project agreement.

What happens after launch?

We monitor and offer initial support on the project to get you up and running. Ongoing hosting and care are available, with coverage, outside costs and terms set out in your proposal.
